The eCommerce Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for creating marketing campaigns for the organization, ensuring they are effective and carried out according to the company?s goals. This position is also responsible for management and optimization of User Generated Content (UGC) and platforms, such as reviews and product Q&A.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, implement, and oversee various campaigns and programs aimed at achieving marketing goals.
Oversee the quality of the content and design to ensure that brand identity is adhered to.
Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns.
Deliver and interpret performance reports that will yield competitive insights.
Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.
Oversee Community and User Generated Content Platforms. This includes administering the rules, monitoring the User Generated Content, and escalating issues as needed.
Develop and manage community mapping, surveying, collect and document success stories, develop and implement evaluation and reporting functions to UGC.
Identify opportunities to leverage User Generated Content to support conversion, fortify brand?s position, and motivate community engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, business development, product management and engineering to deliver projects and strategies.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven experience of planning marketing programs and using modern marketing technology to deliver those programs
Ability to generate and interpret reporting that will yield competitive insights
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Power user of eCommerce websites and technologies
Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
Excellent project management and organization skills required
Education and Experience:
Graduate of BA/BS Degree in Management, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in managing UGC tools such as Yotpo, TurnTo, Bizrate, BazaarVoice, among others, is a plus
Power user of online analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Knowledge in automotive and aftermarket parts is a plus
At least 3 years of related job experience may be strongly preferred
