Ecommerce Marketing Manager / Director

Job Description:
We are looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager / Director to support the ongoing growth of our ecommerce distribution of our global collection of wines to thirsty wine lovers all over the Philippines. Exact role title and remuneration package will be subject to candidate experience. We are open to hiring either a mid – career marketer (Manager level) or a mid – late experienced digital marketing leader (Director level).
Minimum Qualifications:
The right person should be skilled in the following areas:


Online Marketing – 3 – 5 years experience in digital marketing, including knowledge or specialization in most of the following areas: 1) search engine optimization


2) search engine marketing (PPC campaigns)


3) Social media marketing (paid and organic)


4) Email marketing


5) Content / influencer marketing


Data driven - Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing analytics, including online funnel / conversion, reporting and insight generation Ability to gather data, analyse, and generate insights and recommendations to online traffic generation and sales conversion (experience working in Google Analytics a must) Familiarity and experience using mass eDM platforms e.g. Mailchimp, Constant Contact Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and using these platforms’ native CMS to deploy marketing assets a plus Good written / spoken English and professional business communications Prior experience leading a small team of digital marketers is advantageous Prior experience / exposure to an online retail ecommerce environment a big plus You should also possess the following attributes:
