Ecommerce Lead Ph (9 Months Contract)

**This is a 9 month contract role**

**KEY WORKING PARAMETERS**

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

- ** Lead Foodservice aggregator management** for the Philippines** to achieve **greater than our **fair** share** of beverages** and strive for parity or better incidence rates vs offline
- Support **key eGrocery customer management**, driving aligned agendas and achievement of KPIs
- Partner with bottler in **management of Pure Play retailers** including Shopee and Lazada to build and execute outcomes that recruit new drinkers and drive frequency with current drinkers
- ** L**ead **our **direct-to-consumer** channel Coke Bev** and partner with bottler in the day to day management of the **end to end operations**
- ** Drive the agenda to enhance Digital capabilities within **the **Philippines** **to unlock opportunities for growth
- ** Management and accountability for market priorities, targets, budgets and implementation of global playbooks in eCommerce**
- ** Support in the management **of eCommerce enablers / wholesalers **as we continue to optimise our full end to end value and supply chain
- Support **development of country specific e-commerce priorities, targets, budgets**, implementation of global playbooks and guidelines in e-commerce and Food Service Aggregators and **O2O component of the business plan**
- ** Drive bottler** and local market** alignment on the O2O agenda**: commercial plan, capabilities, eRTM, measurement and analytics, priority customer engagement, in partnership with C&CL and Franchise Leadership
- Joint **definition (with Marketing) of targets** (e.g., percent allocated to transactions), considering 3rd party e-commerce platforms and KO owned platforms
- Track progress of digital initiatives and ensure **data standards for consolidation and results evaluation** are aligned with the global team using technology to optimize campaign performance
- In partnership (with Platform Services) deliver the most **e**ffective t**echnology deployment, coordination, maintenance** **for eCommerce

**KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS**

Experience
- ** 5**+ years** of **experience in** **eCommerce/**online marketing **related fields**
- ** Proven success within e-commerce setting**
- Ability to define market priorities based on understanding of local business solutions
- Critical to **understand System financials/economics**
- Strong **planning, financial, and collaboration skills**
- Strong** project management skills**
- Experience **working **with **TCCC external partners** (bottlers and customers)
- Experience working in **cross**-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred**

Work Focus
- Partner with the local bottler to drive eCommerce/ Food aggregators to accelerate incidence-, NSR- and Margin growth
- Identify strategic opportunities based on data insights within the Philippines and be empowered to create action plans to pilot new initiatives that lead to engaging online consumer experiences.
- Leads cross-functional project teams that manage the implementation of digital specific capability projects and initiatives
- Help drive market level initiatives and leverage best practice developing strong relationships with country leads across the OU
- Maintain and review digital models using insights and competitive analysis to advise on new ways to enhance our capabilities in E-commerce
- Partner with Insights and analytical teams across the OU to identify new approaches to solving Digital Commerce business problems
- Work closely with other functions to ensure eCommerce strategy is a key pillar in the business planning process.
