Reduced complexity and overlap in our Vendor Portfolio in a systematic annual review Mitigated business risk and improved delivery of services by engaging cross-functional negotiation Increased effectiveness by mentoring, guiding, and inspiring the engagement of team members Developed a Vendor Portfolio catalog, providing a foundation for metrics reporting Implemented and maintained vendor scorecard program to measure nationwide performance of vendors with an emphasis on Time, Quality, Support and Compliance improving overall performance Improved supply chain by maintaining a vendor management information repository to enable the ability to research, interrogate, analyze, trend, create reports and support a comprehensive KPI dashboard Implemented and maintained a comprehensive Corrective Action Request program to effectively manage end to end all incidents, improve performance, and identify trends and best practices Increased efficiency by evaluating team performance, re-organization, training and clearly identifying roles, responsibilities and standards Created a proactive fulfillment model which communicated with Production and allowed the valuation providers to focus on the most critical products needed. Set vendor priority based upon loan characteristics (contingencies, anticipated closing dates and lock expirations) Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of professional work experience in sourcing and managing vendors, including the exposure to relationship management, conflict resolution, and contract negotiation/administration Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects Able to monitor and evaluating on the performance of selected vendors to ensure delivery meets Able to maintain a competitive price list of the items
