Position: Japanese Research and Development Staff
Location: Laguna
Salary: P80,000 – P100,000 All Basic
Schedule: Dayshift

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Japanese Counterpart
• Direct communication with japan head office regarding new product
• Check and test new product from Japan head office
• Conduct research and monitor development
Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• English (basic only so he can communicate with 5 Filipino staff)
• Degree holder of any course
• Has experience working in production or factory (advantage)
• Can work in factory environment (very important)
• Has ability to handle research
• Can deal with Filipino leaders and sub leaders
• Research and Development Experience – NOT REQUIRED
• Willing to work even without AIRCON
• Willing to work in a Factory
