Job Description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Others or equivalent.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
At least 3 years in the Learning and Development field, with a background on training delivery and development of soft skills training, including management courses
At least 2 years of e-learning software experience in Articulate Storyline 360
Strong understanding of learning content development standards
Intermediate skills in graphics and audio-video editing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with UI/UX Experience and awareness of trends and emerging technologies in the L&D field
Background in 2D animation tools is a plus
Basic programming skills is a plus
Willing to report on Sunday-Thursday, 11:00AM-8:00PM. Working hours is currently adjusted to earlier time due to pandemic.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop creative e-learning solutions using instructional design methodologies and industry standard tools and software
Write creative content and develop presentations (including but not limited to Interactive e-learning modules, Training manuals and User Manuals, Presentation for trainings, workshops, and events, Regular learning and motivation tips, Video Animations/Whiteboard video explainers, etc.)
Perform training needs analysis, evaluate learning outcome and impact, and overall employ the ADDIE process
Collect feedback & inputs from the target learners in the stores and the office, as and when required
Make recommendations on media elements and provide development time estimates for content development projects
Support and coordinate the launch of training events as required, including venue hire, translation, training materials and invitations, etc.
Follow a monthly calendar of training activities for the business including e-learning materials, and training workshops
Contribute to the monthly training report detailing status of all projects
Prepare Purchase Requisitions and arrange approvals and timely payments of Content development related expenses
Liaise with external parties as and when required
Provide general administrative support as and when required
Ensure that all deadlines as per the monthly training calendar are met
