Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-Commerce Web & Graphic Design Specialist to maintain, update, and enhance our online store at >. The ideal candidate will have advanced web design and graphic design skills, with hands-on experience in WordPress (Elementor), a keen eye for visual detail, and the ability to deliver a seamless and visually engaging e-commerce experience. You will play a key role in ensuring our website remains fresh, functional, and on-brand, while supporting digital marketing efforts and order management.
Key Responsibilities: Website Design & Management: Maintain, update, and improve our WordPress website using Elementor, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience at all times. Design and implement new web pages, banners, landing pages, and promotional graphics to support product launches and marketing campaigns. Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and enhances the customer journey. Troubleshoot website issues and collaborate with developers as needed to resolve technical challenges. Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphics for website, email marketing, and digital advertising, including product imagery, infographics, and promotional materials. Develop creative assets for campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital touchpoints. E-Commerce & Store Operations: Update product listings, pricing, and inventory on the website and through the Flowrix store interface. Process and fulfill online orders, coordinating with logistics for timely dispatch. Respond to customer inquiries related to online orders, providing excellent service. Digital Marketing Support: Design and manage email marketing campaigns using Dotdigital, ensuring visually engaging and conversion-driven communications. Support the execution of SEO and SEM strategies with visually optimized landing pages and content. Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and recommend visual or UX improvements. Other Duties: Perform light accounting and reporting using Xero. Stay current with trends in web design, graphic design, and e-commerce best practices. Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in web design and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing WordPress/Elementor projects and digital assets. 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing roles. Advanced proficiency with WordPress, Elementor, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other design tools. Experience managing e-commerce platforms and interfaces (preferably Flowrix). Familiarity with Dotdigital or similar email marketing platforms. Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web best practices. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
