E-Commerce Sales Operations Officer

Job Description
Responsible for ensuring fulfillment of e-commerce customers' orders which involves order handling and tracking, coordinating with third party logistics, and soliciting post-order customer feedback
Responsible for management of shop in online market places through customer inquiries, inventory updates, new stocks uploading and replenishment
Responsible for sales leads generation and other prospecting initiatives from new online channels
Key Result Areas of the job include:
Sales from Corporate and Online channel leads
Operational excellence in Customer fulfillment and Purchase Deliveries- Operational excellence in Inventory Management Administration

Job Qualification
Must have a BS Degree in Business or any related college course
Must be skilled in Ms Office Applications especially in MS Excel and Powerpoint
Must be very organized and self driven
Must be excellent in interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
Must be adept to critical thinking
Must be able to work well with different personality types & in dynamic work situations
Work experience in account handling, marketing or any similar activities
Work Experience in navigating thru E-commerce platforms such as ZALORA, Lazada, Shopee or Shopifly
Must be adept to systems and inventory handling and recording
