Daily processing of orders and shipment based on the set lead time
- Managing item inventory of at least 95% accuracy based on physical and system inventory.
- Follow standard operating procedures in order processing using Anchanto system.
- Submit data and documentations reports
- Ensure that all orders are dispatched correctly and in good condition
- Preparing requisitions and coordinating merchandise order requirements with purchasing.
- Monitor order and stock status to ensure timely delivery and receipt of merchandise.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT:
- Graduate of operations management or any related course.
- Preferably with background in e-commerce
- Knowledgeable in SAP or Anchanto or any WMS
- Preferably residing in Quezon City and Manila Area
**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Anchanto: 2 years (preferred)
