JOB DESCRIPTION:
E-Commerce Manager is tasked to develop an order capture and fulfillment platform for all direct to consumer initiatives. These include digital, sms-based and telemarketing. The function is tasked to provide the company a viable and sustainable platform for this channel.
Direct Reports: 1 Key Account Manager
Sensitive / Confidential Data Handled:
Product and Pricing attributes for all of our SKUs
Over-all digital and e-commerce strategy for the company
Trading Terms for all the e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
Distributor Trading Terms for all of our E-Commerce initiatives
Key Areas of Accountability:
Accountable for the development and implementation of the following:
Develop a viable and sustainable platform for all of our direct to consumer efforts Job Specification
Knowledge & Experience:
Trade retail field sales experience as ASM
Relevant digital commerce in an FMCG context
College Graduate
Competencies required:
Operational Expertise for Digital Marketing
Operational Expertise for Distributor Development
Interpersonal and Communication skills
Skills in computing and managing databases
