Responsibilities:
ONLINE
Manage order placement and fulfillment through Shopify
Ensure orderliness, presentability, and efficient layout of online site (and physical bookstore, when available)

INVENTORY & SALES
Manage the inventory assigned to the bookstore and track sales and order fulfillment.
Find innovative and new products and drive sales growth
Increase site spend, relationships, and account management with supply chain.

TEAM
Ensure adequate staffing and proper training for the Bookstore team

ESCALATION
Prevent and address customer complaints according to the proper protocols

Requirements:
Leadership ability and outstanding organization skills
Knowledge in organization effectiveness and operations management
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in the same field or in a related area
God-fearing and enthusiastic
