Details of the offer

Job Descriptions
Prepare invoices for customers
Create and track shipments in Amazon
Reconcile and chase the missing shipment
Help the accounting dept to find the missing receipts and follow up the invoices from consultants
Update and send weekly reports such as, aged receivable, best before date of the stocks, stock movement report and etc.
Input and complete the sales orders and stock adjustment in Unleashed
Input invoices from suppliers in Unleashed
Send out the samples and orders advised by the team from specific warehouse
Do ad hoc tasks from supply chain team and owners
Send the expense report to owners showing the expenses paid using the company's credit card

Line of business: E-commerce Food & Beverage

Job Qualifications
Strong self-starting skills – effectively manage a new/evolving organizational function
Strong research skills
Strong internal and external communication skills
Strong time management skills - manage to tight deadlines with conflicting priorities and enable team to do the same
Resourceful, innovative, and capable in thinking outside of the box
The ability to do a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)
High attention to detail
Ability to provide clear and concise direction
You are a team player and enjoy listening to and collaborating with co-workers, coordinating with other departments, and getting a clear understanding of expectations from management
