**PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**:

- The Duty Manager is tasked to ensure that the Front Office shifts are run efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting the Front Office associates and maintaining a calm and professional environment at all times.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- University degree holder (Hospitality/Tourism/Business)
- At least 5 years of solid Hotel experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Team-player, flexible and can stand pressure.

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
