**Position**: Documents Specialist
**Department**: Accounts Management
**Responsibilities**:
- Make phone calls to clients to follow up on their documentary requirements and ensure completion
- Ensure accuracy of details in documents handled
- Discuss documents process with clients to make sure they understand clearly
- Be an active team player in the Accounts Management team
**Other Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience similar role
- MUST BE organized, detail-oriented, good multi-tasker and independent worker
- MUST be able to use apps and web-based technology in work
**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
