**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Prepares house bill of lading and coordinate approval from clients.
- Consolidates export documents for submission to shipping lines and forwarders.
- Prepares final shipping documents to be provided to overseas agents.
- Monitors vessel departure, cut-offs and other related matters to export shipment activities.
- Monitors proof of delivery of all handled export documents and sends updates to clients.
- Prepares payment requests.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Customs Administration or any business related course.
- Background and experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Company is an advantage, but not required
- Fresh graduates, are welcome to apply
- Customer service oriented.
- With good verbal and written communication skills
