Documentation Staff - Dc Bicutan

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Detail-oriented, Good Communication Skills, Time Management skills
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
To conduct data monitoring and physical availability of supplies
Provide details of warehouse supplies from start of receiving to last outgoing
Recording all day transaction base on the activity
To establish safe storage of supplies
Mnitoring of Branch Nationwide and DC's
Ensure that all the Branches send the data regularly.
Accurately check the data Manifest, Actual and JMS
Ensure to report any vacancies upon arrival of parcels to each Branch/ DC's
Must coordinate to the branches and Distributions center to check the data accurately.
