Process and facilitate the following: - Approval MEPS Matrix (for other contractors and/or consultants of different trades)
- Approval of plans For Construction drawings
- Coordination with Project Management and other contractors regarding MEPS
- Update the status of the project, preparing and supporting documentation and assisting during inspections.
- Timely submission of reports as required by Management, Client, or other Parties.
- All other tasks to be given from time to time.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
- Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Schedules due dates for drawings, specifications, software, technical manuals, and other documents.
- Monitors status of the project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.
- Reviews and verifies project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with contract requirements.
- Submits project documentation to management for approval, and transmits approved documents to the client, consultant, and other contractors.
- Confers with engineers, managers, customers, and others to discuss the project, prepare documents, or modify contract schedules.
- Gathering necessary supporting documents from engineers/site coordinators for billing compliance.
- Archiving of project documents and maintenance of the same
- Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor

In 1988, the Company was started by Wilson & Jacqueline Go under the name WKG Food Tech International Inc. as a Commercial Foodservice Equipment Fabricator.
In 1998, it was changed to Fabtech Industrial Inc.
In 2003, Fabtech Kitchens Unlimited Inc. was established.
In 2006, its sister company Fabtech Export Industries Inc. was established to cater to the export market.
In 2008, Jacqueline Sy-Go and Associates, a subsidiary to Fabtech focusing on kitchen consultancy, was established.
