The decks of the company’s open hatch ships are perfect for transporting project cargos, for example windmills or yachts. We also have vessels tailor-made for breakbulk cargoes, such as forestry products, steel and granite. The passion and expertise of our people, put our customers at ease.The jobholder will be responsible for managing and providing strong support to the Cargo Documentations, Customs Filing, and Reports/System Administration as per agreed scope.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle Cargo Documentation, such as Bill of Lading approvals, as per standard operating procedure and trade requirements. Ensure that Bill of Lading's and Manifest's are signed and received within the required deadline.
Prepare the required information needed to issue the Bill of Lading for the agreed trade.
Ensure system data quality and accuracy as per KPI.
Prepare and submit necessary Customs and Entry Summary Declaration manifest (container, Bill of Lading manifest, ships equipment) in accordance with applicable laws, in a timely manner.
Provide support to the Report and System Management based on the agreed scope and responsibilities.
Support the team to ensure proper workload balancing and strengthening a backup system as needed.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTSThe candidate:Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree within Shipping, Customs or Business Management.
Must have good written and oral English skills.
Should have knowledge of creating and issuing Bill of Lading.
Should have customs related training.
Must have at least 2-3 years’ of relevant working experience.
Should have experience working in a diverse team with people of different ages, backgrounds, roles and responsibilities.
Must have a good level of logical, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (creating basic reports in Excel is an advantage).
Should have experience with business process strategies, particularly Time Management.
Must be aware of the commercial implications of Cargo Documentation and claims, as well as Customs related fines.
Must have good communication skills and be able to cooperate with other offices and departments.
Must be detailed oriented.
Must be an independent worker, and a good team player.
Must be flexible with regards to working hours, as the task scope may vary, depending on the business requirements.
