Job Description:
Coordinate with Project Manager and Project Engineers all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, submittals and commercial correspondence. Input submittal document data into the submittal registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date. Generate various document control reports as required. Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly. Maintain documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability. Utilize company website/FTP or other collaboration platforms. Maintain the files, trackers and control logs as required by the individual projects. Copy, scan and store documents Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows) Distribute project-related copies to internal teams File documents in physical and digital records Create templates for future use Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients Manage the flow of documentation within the organization Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed The Document Control Specialist is a vital component of the ENDEC Construction Project Delivery Team and reports directly to the Director of Construction Management and Quality Manager. The Document Control Specialist is responsible for ENDEC’s construction documents and documentation, both internally as well as externally. The Document Control Specialist will also assist with managing ENDEC’s construction specifications. Utilize company website/FTP or other collaboration platforms. Maintain the files, trackers and control logs as required by the individual projects. Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years experience in related field High level of English proficiency, both oral & written Good communication skills Good IT skills
