JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of any business related course
- At least 1 year experience in sales and marketing
- Average in oral and written communication
- Computer literate
- Dependable, honest, diligent and hardworking
- Willing to travel and be assigned in any of the branches
- Can work in less supervision
- Must know how to manage pressure
- Goal-oriented
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles account development and quality account management
- Distributes the right product assortment per channel within the assigned territory.
- Meets and maintains agreed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Handles merchandising and promotion execution, ensuring that all displays of products are clean and presentable, highly visible to buying customers.
- Performs sales orders, product distribution, and credit and collection task.
- Withdraws and checks the damaged stocks and ensures prompt, accurate, and complete execution
