Dispatch Manager

Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day dispatch operations
Make sure that the deliveries are running smoothly
Coordinate with CS team on solving customer inquiries
Coordinate with Florist team to ensure on-time preparation of orders
Support the company's operations
Under the supervision of the Operations Director
Provide regular updates about the progress of the deliveries to the Operations Director
Bachelor's Degree Graduate in any field
2-4 years of experience in dispatching with some 3pl (Third-party logistics) is required for the position.
Ability to do multitasking and willing to learn new things
Knowledgeable in MS Office, specifically in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills in Tagalog and English
Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
Can work under stresful conditions
