Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in finance leadership, ideally in high-growth or tech sectors.
Proven ability to build lean, high-impact finance teams.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
A track record of transforming financial data into business intelligence.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a bias for action.
