Codes and ships new mobile features and apps at high velocity and high quality with well-structured code.
Works with multiple languages, including the dynamics of different tech stacks.
Carries out full stack hands-on mobile development for native mobile app design and implementation, e.g., system analysis, test driven application development, test automation, code review, and application maintenance support.
Refactors and debugs programs, e.g., troubleshoots and fixes issues in production and sandbox environments.
Collaborates with stakeholders to build mobile applications that digitally transform and revolutionize the business.
Adapts the Digital Agile approach to implement mobile solutions.
Establishes and ensures app security and coding best practices are followed.
Complies with CEB’s quality and information security management system requirements.
Ensures commitments are met while providing high quality and cost effective systems that meet customer’s expectations.Basic Qualifications: BS degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related courses. Must have experience in managing a team for at least 1 year. Must have at least 5 years of work experience in iOS development or mobile development specifically in iOS. Must have experience on Swift programming language. Has hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS, XML, API. Preferably with experience in iOS, Objective-C, Cocoa, MVVM-C programming languages. Preferably has working knowledge on REST services and hands-on experience in consuming REST services. Preferably has experience with integration services OAUTH and OAUTH2. Familiarity with back-end languages, e.g., NodeJS and JavaScript is a plus. Preferably has experienced in using various methodologies in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like SCRUM/AGILE, Waterfall.Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
