Due to TRT's recent organic expansion TRT is looking for a group of Direct Marketing Associates (DMAs) who have a proven track record in arranging meeting with qualified recommender and decision makers of TRT services and offerings.
The successful applicants will be those that can demonstrate a proven track record in consistently identifying and arranging meetings contacts within organisations that are involved in the decision-making process. The role is based out of our Global Operational HQ office in the BGC in Taguig Manila, Philippines.
The TRT DMA works with their assigned Business Development Manager (BDM) and is assigned to one of our global locations prospects for meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Compliance with TRT Policies and adherence to the prospecting call flow
2. Prospecting Activity
On a weekly basis, the DMA is to achieve each of the following Key Performance Indicators:
? New Business Meetings
? Successful Calls
? Total Calls
Goals are set depending on the region the DMA is assigned.
3. Internal Meetings
The DMA is required to make all these meetings to assist with developing of further business.
? Attend Weekly Sales Meetings (Monday)
? Attend Weekly 1 on 1 meeting with the DMATL to discuss new business opportunities
4. Data Integrity ? NetSuite
The DMA is to maintain full accuracy of the NetSuite records assigned to that DMA in NetSuite.
? 100% accuracy in all contact information
? Full accuracy of all scheduled prospecting and sales activity
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting of new clients in supported global regions
Procure information to correctly qualify clients
Set meetings with decision makers
Properly document activities and action plans in Netsuite
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Has an excellent track record of meeting KPIs
Has exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable with communicating with different levels of management
Knowledgeable of IT infrastructure ? hardware, software, storage is an advantage
Excellent time management skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Mass Communications or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Outbound Sales and knowledgeable in B2B Sales/ buying process.
Excellent in Phone Prospecting to arrange meetings with new business clients
Must have an excellent oral and written English Communication skills, customer service and telemarketing
Applicants who can speak other languages, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Melayu, Indo will have an advantage but NOT strictly required
Knowledgable in MS Office and NetSuite is an advantage.
