| MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 10AM to 5PM
· DIGITAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (International Travel Assistance Account)
o Inbound Calls, Back-of-House and E-mail – serves as the initial point of contact post-deployment and provides global support for end user requests and issues related to the Digital products; basic troubleshooting
o PIONEER ACCOUNT IN CUBAO
o Compensation Package PHP18,000
o Performance incentives (Profit Shares)
o 24/7 operations, Shifting schedules (mostly nightshift/graveyard shift)
o Must have an updated NBI Clearance upon Job Offer
o Training starts on September 6
