At least 1 year of work experience in its related field of sales coordination using various digital platforms;
- Effective promotional activities using various social media platforms;
- Skilled in uploading various content in the online marketing website following established schedule;
- Adept at handling inquiries and concerns raised by clients through the online marketing website;
- Efficient in handling customer's orders;
- Expertise in coordination with various units within the organization;
- Operational skills in dealing with customer's complaints and providing solutions;
- Highly familiar with reportorial requirements on a regular basis on the job;
- Open to multi-tasking to address multiple goals;
- Possess functional collaborative skills to attend with customers both internal and external; AND
- Proficient in the use of technology especially social media platforms and website management.
