Job Description:
The DPM Tribe Leader (DPM TL) serves as the leader, manager and coach of a team of Digital Project Managers. It is the DPM TL’s role to develop the people within the team so they maximize their potential, acquire and excel in relevant technical skills and work well within an account team.

The role’s core functions are as follows:

Leadership and Management Accountabilities (LMA) and placing the Right People in the Right Seats (RPRS) Ensuring the delivery of Quality output with the standards turnaround times (TATs) Managing Pilot projects through to retainers Managing client communications during projects/retainers Training/Upskilling digital project management team members Core Functions: Hire the best team members to fill any vacant position in the team. Ensure that team members are assigned to account teams and/or accounts/Clients that match their skill sets, personalities and experience. Guide every team member through his/her career track by: Ensuring that every team member understands his/her career track Ensuring that every team member has clear goals and plans for the year Ensuring that development plans for every team member are aligned with their goals and are in line with the requirements of career progression Coordinate with PEG on any training requirements for team members. Work with PEG to ensure that team members’ do not lose any skill that they may not be exercising regularly. Regularly coach team members to help them address operational challenges, and achieve their performance goals and metrics. Check the quality of team member output as needed with a focus on output delivered to Key Accounts & Key Development Accounts, and escalations. Act as an expert consultant of the Business Development Group for new projects - i.e. projects without existing processes or that have not been done before. Help in the development of Cost Estimates/Cost Worksheets. Submit weekly, monthly and other required reports to the SDG Head. Minimum Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of experience in leading a dynamic team in the same industry; or a service industry with similar characteristics:

Experience in goal-setting with a history of achieving set goals through his/her team. Experience in coaching and mentoring young adults successfully. Experience in conflict management & resolution Bachelor's Degree preferably Marketing, Information Technology, Business Management, Mass Media Amenable to work on AU shift (7AM-4PM) in Pasig City
