Digital PR Specialist
Job Summary:
We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Digital PR Specialist with a primary focus on managing
influencer collaborations, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada affiliates, and relevant digital PR campaigns to
enhance the online presence and reputation of our brand. In this role, you will play a crucial part in
elevating our brand's online presence and driving engagement through strategic influencer relationships
and affiliate marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities: • Influencer Management:
o Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values and target
audience.
o Negotiate and execute influencer partnerships to amplify brand awareness and product
promotions.
o Assess the quality of content created by influencers and provide constructive feedback for
improvement.
• TikTok Affiliate Marketing:
o Develop and implement TikTok affiliate marketing strategies to maximize exposure and drive
sales.
o Collaborate with content creators on TikTok to create engaging and shareable content.
• Shopee and Lazada Affiliates:
o Establish and nurture partnerships with affiliates on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and
Lazada.
o Coordinate promotional activities, exclusive deals, and campaigns with affiliate partners.
• Media Contact Management:
o Develop and maintain a comprehensive media contact database.
o Create relevant contact lists tailored for specific campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Influencer Selection and Payment Negotiation:
o Identify the right influencers to collaborate with based on brand fit and campaign objectives.
o Negotiate payment terms with influencers and ensure agreements align with budget constraints.
• Strategic Campaign Development:
o Work closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer collaborations and affiliate
marketing into overall digital PR strategies.
o Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all collaborations and partnerships.
• Content Creation:
o Collaborate with influencers and affiliates to create compelling content for various platforms.
o Optimize content for each channel, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with
the target audience.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or any related field.Preferably with experience in influencer management and affiliate marketing, preferably within the e-
commerce industry.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends and best practices.Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopee and Lazada. Preferred Skills: Experience in collaborating with influencers and Vloggers on TikTok, Instagram, and FacebookFamiliarity with affiliate marketing tools and analytics.Creative thinking and the ability to identify unique opportunities for collaborations.Strong project management skills and attention to detail. *M-10/16/24
