The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets.
The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region.
This team is responsible for data-driven solutions, tracking and measuring data to reach the targeted customers.

- Manage related marketing activities on 3 main off-platform ads channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok) for Shopee strategic brands and developing sellers.
- Develop digital marketing plans based on customer understanding and insight.
- Implement, monitor and optimize the performance campaigns to maximize the outcome with optimal budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect feedback and ensure on-time execution.
- Analyze and translate marketing data into reports, with actionable recommendations.
**Requirements**:

- A degree in a discipline relevant to this position such as marketing, digital and ecommerce.
- Marketing, digital and ecommerce understanding, or willingness to explore digital and ecommerce world.
- At least 4 years of digital marketing experience in Facebook, Google or TikTok.
- Critical and analytical thinking with time management.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
