Job Summary: Digital Lead Buyer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Digital Lead Buyer will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital media buying, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage budgets, analyze performance data, and adapt to the ever-changing digital landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development
- Develop comprehensive digital media strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok, and programmatic channels.
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure ad assets are optimized for performance.
- Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor campaign performance.
Optimization and Reporting:
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Conduct regular budget reviews and adjustments based on performance insights.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new digital advertising technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital media buying and campaign management.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok Campaign Manager, Google Ads Campaign Manager, and programmatic buying tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
