Maintain and improve the implementation of our social media calendar using Zohosocial to manage across Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
Assist with uploading blogs to our websites and basic changes to wordpress websites
Assist in implementing and monitoring email journeys to maximise the chances that people are reading our material and engaging with the business
Assist in putting together newsletters using relevant programs such as Campaign Monitor and Activepipe
Gaining client feedback via social media, surveys and other means
Developing lead generation ideas via social media, email and other call to action activities, flowing through to landing pages and eventually leads to connect with via the phone.
Ensuring we remain on brand and our digital presence is professional
Communicating our marketing activities internally to the staff and assist with staff engagement
Assisting in researching new ideas so that we stay relevant to the market place
With at least 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience
Must have a working knowledge in CRM tools like Zohosocial, Google Adwords, Google Manager, etc
Exposure to and understanding of digital campaigns on various channels – social media, email campaigns, web content management, newsletter creation, etc.
Experience in data management and extraction is required
Experience working with offshore clients and management is required
Degree qualified, preferably Marketing related, from a reputable College or University
Proficiency in the use of English, both written and verbal
Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency
High energy, team orientated
Excellent management / organisational skills
Precise, accurate, attention to detail a must
High learning aptitude with the ability to work unsupervised
Confident to practice responsible transparency at all times
