**Google Paid Campaigns - Essential**

·Create, set up, and launch Google PPC Campaigns

·Design and build search, shopping, remarketing, and display campaigns, etc.
·A/B Testing

·Managing Google Merchant Centre accounts

·Perform keyword analysis, location targeting, budget setting, and optimization

·Optimising ROAS, performing full account optimization (devices, negative keywords, location)

·Performing competition analysis (reverse engineering competitor accounts)

·Conversion rate optimization

·Analyse analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (i.e., A/B, split-testing, etc.)
to meet and exceed ROAS targets

**Social Media Advertising - Advantageous**

·Creating social media campaigns

·Defining campaign goals (reach, frequency, conversions)

·Identifying target audience

·Optimising and reporting on campaign goals

Search Engine Optimisation - Advantageous

·Keyword research and strategy

·Work in collaboration with our content developer to optimize on-page

·Off-page activities (rectify search console errors, improve site crawlability, link strategy)

·Run site audits and rectifies errors and warnings as required

·Work with our website developer on user experience movements

**Key Requirements**:

- Must have 5+ years' Google Ads management experience; eCommerce, **Shopping, Search, Display**
- Current Google Ads Certification
- Must be able to confidently set up new Google PPC campaigns based on desired goals provided
- Confident in setting up **Google Performance Max campaigns, **Smart campaigns, Manual shopping campaigns, Text-based campaigns, and Display campaigns
- Confident in setting up advanced conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
- Confident in setting up and working with Google Analytics 4
- Experience with performing A/B campaign testing
- Confident with setting up using **Google Merchant Centre **and data feed management
- Experience working with Shopify and WordPress platforms
- Ability to provide constant optimization and improvement of campaigns
- Strong ability to optimize budget and desirable cost per conversion/ROAS
- Understanding of CRO and UX, and their impact on ads performance
- Able to provide detailed insight into campaign performance
- Prepare detailed performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimization
