Job Description:
Conduct comprehensive market research to expand the potential market vertical; industry, profession, and persona, etc Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns Execute well-written marketing materials for the brand’s website, campaigns, EDMs and social media platforms, etc. Execute and manage marketing calendar to keep track of schedules of activities, projects, and tasks. Collaborate with various departments (Sales, HQ digital marketing team) to meet the marketing goals Perform marketing audits, execute and interpret reports into actionable strategies based on data for traffic, conversion rates, email marketing KPIs, turnaround times and quality scores Execute process workflow and documentation Continuous development, management and maintenance of the brand website Identify and spearhead strategic ways to deliver the jobs to be done Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably Communication Technology, Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management, and related courses 2-3 years work experience in digital marketing. Experience with using digital marketing apps for social media, SEO and email marketing is a plus Above average English communication skills Above average project management, strategy, judgment, and analytical skills Excellent customer service, organizational and multi-tasking skills Proficient in content marketing Amenable to work on AU schedule (6am-3pm), Mon-Fri in Subic City
