Job Description:
Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of online marketing including email design and send using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, management of Facebook advertising account and spend and any other online activities that advertise company and its associated products.
Check in with manager as to priorities for the day Check Social Media – LinkedIn, Facebook twitter and respond to any comments Check a schedule of posts that need to go out Liaise with the graphic designer if any tiles are required Set up ads and monitor campaign spend and engagement Report weekly on Social media activity Liaise with copywriter for any pieces that need to be posted to social media Compile mass media emails on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Ability to do simple design work through Canva Minimum Qualifications:
Requirements; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Marketing or in any related field Minimum of 2-3 years related experience in the digital marketing environment Marketing Sound understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles, and understand the interrelated nature of them Experience in running your own campaigns, from planning to execution, working closely with all stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives Detailed knowledge of, and experience with, paid social media strategies across Facebook and LinkedIn Detailed knowledge of, and experience with, Google Ads Experience with email marketing including designing individual email sends and drip campaigns. You will have experience in designing emails, as well as writing original content and copyediting the work of others Communication
Excellent written communication skills are a must, with the ability to write compelling copy and edit the work of others Easily express your ideas and communicate the value of them Experience in copywriting and editing across a number of mediums including social media, email, blogs, interviews and long form content such as e-books Teamwork
Experience working closely with the sales department to achieve company objectives, understanding the connected nature of marketing and sales teams The ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business to achieve organisational objectives and outcomes Technical
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Pardot essential Experience with design products such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite highly desirable
