Job Description:
Manage day-to-day client paid advertising and search marketing initiatives across multiple partners (Facebook, Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, etc.) including planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of campaigns. Set up new client advertising accounts and campaigns integrating Conversion Tracking, Call Tracking and Analytics. Assist SEM team with keyword lists, traffic estimates and SEM proposals for local client markets Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Grow and optimize our Google AdWords strategies through ongoing testing of ad copy, landing pages, building strategies, and extensions, etc. Become a certified "product expert" in all Facebook Advertising and AdWords products and paid media channels used by clients. Stay current with new advances in digital advertising, search engine marketing, competitive landscape, keyword research, and recommend options for SEM growth and customer success. Utilize various reporting interfaces and campaign management software as applicable. Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regular sharing knowledge with the management team. Identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis. Minimum Qualifications:
Hands on experience with Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, Conversion Rate Optimization and Landing Page Optimization and Testing. Google AdWords certification in Search Advertising. Knowledgeable in Google Analytics. Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies Analytical mindset with distinctive problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
