Digital Marketing Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities
Handle all inquiries and concerns on Messaging and Comment section of Pre-Owned Facebook Page.
Make customers aware of the pre-owned motorcycle unit for disposal
Generate leads or opportunities based on posts from Facebook and other digital/online platform
Provide excellent customer service by quickly responding on the inquiries of the interested clients.
Ensure client will answer the Google Application Form, generate forms every end of day and assign to the nearest branch location
Coordination with sales representatives at the branches and perform monitoring in the call status of the assigned leads per branch.
Ensure client will call or go to the nearest branch if in case the client did not fill out the Google Application Form.
Convert all leads to closure and delivery of sales.

Education:
Graduate of any four (4) year course
(must have TOR and DIPLOMA)

Work Experience:
At least 1-2 relative working experience
(must have COE from previous employer)
