We’re searching for an experienced technical writer to join our team and help take us become market leaders in new and up and coming Microsoft technologies especially Power Platfrom.As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly technical field, such as software development, CRM or Power Platform (Apps). Your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information is second to none, you have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand and translate it to marketing collaterals and assets.Responsibilities and Duties
Create scripts for videos assets
Produces 1 pager contents for Barhead’s product and services
Proof reads and content written by different stakeholders of Barhead making sure the everything is written in one voice and format
Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various Microsoft products to communicated externally through Marketing
Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation
Takes charge of overall content strategy with the Marketing manager
Ensures there’s consistent content going out to maintain leader in market
Overall in charge for all communications channels such as websites, social media, emails, white papers and landing pages
Qualification and SkillsBachelor’s degree in relevant technical field or journalism and communications but with experience in I.T. works
2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Experience working with marketing to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
Preferabbly has worked for an Australian client and knows the language and writing format by heard
