REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Digital Marketing, Advertising or Business Management and Administration.
At least 2-3 years of relevant and consistent work experience in a marketing role within a product-oriented/e-commerce company (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, Alibaba)
Have good aesthetic sense for designing marketing materials.
Proficiency in Facebook ads, google adwords, email marketing tools (klaviyo, aweber and mailchimp) is a huge plus.
Excellent computer skills - MS Office and Google Productivity Suites. (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) Excel/Sheets mastery will be a huge plus.
Demonstrable, hands-on track record driving online growth and channel revenue through customer acquisition.
Resourceful, attention to detail, creative, self-starter and ability to multi-task.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
Proficiency in the English language; both verbal and written.
Fully equipped home office setup; high speed laptop (preferably with 8GB RAM or higher), fiber internet, backup internet (Wi-Fi LTE) and power back-up.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote our natural products via Facebook advertising, email, and social media marketing.
Assist in executing cutting edge marketing strategies and tactics to promote sales and brand awareness.
Communicate and brainstorm effectively with our remote team.
Design marketing materials and assets used in content marketing and paid advertising.
Implement strategies that improve our keyword ranking, product reviews, and customer experience.
Analyze and optimize existing marketing campaigns and Amazon/Shopify sales performance.
Assist the Marketing Manager with daily research and admin tasks.
