Job Description:
Digital marketing to drive customer acquisition: Assess, implement and optimize our digital marketing channels including PPC, programmatic web, paid social and a variety of media buys. You will be primary owner of the lead acquisition target and ensuring that we are in a position to achieve it. Marketing planning and reporting: Help the marketing team understand opportunities and deliver key digital campaigns help with defining baselines and measurements across digital channels. Driving insights and actions from those channels to optimize performance. Testing and optimization: Strategize, partner to create hypothesis and then test to optimize demand generation and web conversion. Stakeholder management: Develop a strong collaborative approach working with local stakeholders from all areas of the business including marketing, sales, product, implementations, customer success and support. Minimum Qualifications:
2 - 4 years of experience in a marketing operations role; ideally within a start-up, technology or SaaS business Ability to own and drive a marketing function with a hands-on approach Proven success in defining digital marketing strategies in support of business goals, coordinating stakeholders to implement strategies Experience in using content marketing to drive leads Experience in creating web sites Experience with Google AdWords, paid social (FB, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), AdRoll, GDN; advanced knowledge of SalesForce, MailChimp, Hubspot Knowledge and Marketo an advantage Strong attention to detail and story-telling - accurate data gathering, insightful analysis, ability to manage logistics and tactical details with flawless execution
