Market Job Description

The team members will be supporting Annual Content Review for the MDCR team. The Team Members will work with many Wells Fargo partners across marketing, lines of businesses, and Legal and Compliance to ensure existing content published through our digital channels is current and accurate. They will also evaluate changes and manage necessary content remediation.
The completion of the annual content review is documented within the MDCR inventory and documents/approvals filed in the applicable record retention repository for the line of business. As examples of review activities performed in support this transition, team members may perform a combination of these functions:

- Tracking and processing compliance reviews across several platforms within Wells Fargo (public, internal, and secure).
- Maintaining and managing inventory of digital content to be reviewed, including creation and management of the calendar when content needs to be reviewed.
- Engaging with key Digital Experience partners and OC Marketing partners to ensure accuracy of content.
- Managing the Legal and Compliance review process. Engaging Legal and Compliance to reconcile comments when needed to determine appropriate disclosures or clarify comments.
- Coordinating any remediation activities and updating websites with appropriate Digital partners
- Navigate review workflow tools and remediation systems.
- Engage content authors in the remediation phase when needed.
- Ensure proper tracking and archiving of all artifacts in the correct record retention repository (Aprimo or cMAX).

Utilize Hanzo to determine URLs not in MDCR inventory, pull URL request, or track daily crawls of WF.com

Market Skills and Certifications

Required Skills

- 12 months of operations, content review, digital marketing experience; or a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Good Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook and PowerPoint), Aprimo & cMAX skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
- Knowledge and understanding of corporate event planning
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- A highly collaborative work style
