Job Description:
I. Job Objective The Digital Marketing Associate is a full-time position, responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to promote the company's web-based resources and websites. II. Duties and Responsibilities Assists with the monitoring and maintenance of all digital marketing projects as well as monitoring new online media trends. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy utilizing social/ digital marketing techniques to increase visibility, membership, traffic, and engagement including, but not limited to:
Creating regular blog post/promos across relevant social media channels and platforms on brand/ company-related events, news, reviews, products, etc. Engaging creative for site designs based on feedback from customers in addition to industry trends. Manage and monitor daily social media activity across several different platforms including, but no limited to, Facebook, Twitter, YouTubem blogs, Instagram, Transcycle website, etc., to ensure steady flow of fresh content and an interactive social presence while keeping in line with the brands and company's communication message and best practices. Create and coordinate social media content development, messaging and campaigns with other communications projects and the events calendar. Identify new opportunities to continually improve digital presence to engage supporters online and nurture them into customers. Managing day-to-day social media campaigns and communities, as well as monitor and respond to social media posts and develop discussions. Provide reports as to the effectiveness and success on online initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Creative Multimedia, Publilc Relatins or Equivalent. With competencies in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, copy writing and google analytics. Strong writing skills are critical with excellent communcation skills. Experience running digital/social promotions from inception through execution and maintinance is an advantage. With practical experience in running social media channels including, but not limited to, FaceBook, Instagram, Youtube, etc. Proficient in MS Office. Graphic designing, lay-out and image and video editing skills and linear video production is an advantage. With pleasing personality.
