The Digital Marketing Associate's primary role is to be the main contact person for all marketing and leasing responsibilities as well as execute utility management tasks.
Core functions for this position includes the following:
- Support in executing digital marketing tasks (social media, email marketing, lead conversion, marketing automation, keyword research, and contact database management, document formatting, reputation management, blogging etc.) within standards
- Fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to quality, turnaround time, productivity and marketing goals
- Execute assigned tasks for clients or under internal innovation projects, identified awards, and/or serve as back-up/cover resource for key clients when needed
