Qualifications for Events Coordinator
-With at least 1 year of experience in Events / Marketing - in person or virtual/digital events (local, international, or freelance)
-Has exposure in online events, email marketing and social media.
-Experience with Microsoft Teams Meetings, Microsoft Teams Live Events, ON24, and Marketo.
-Office based set-up (Eastwood Libis, Quezon City)
-Can start ASAP


What You Will Do:
-Request event setup from through Microsoft tools within the agreed SLA's using existing templates and guidance.
-Set up registration, messaging, email invitations, and create correspondence in Marketo to promote registration.
-Generate reports such as
-Registration report
-Registration Management Report to manage waitlisted registrants and to check-in registrants at the event.
-Survey Responses
-Send emails to required target audience.
-Manage changes to events if there are any changes to the venue, agenda, speakers, or event cancellations.
-Check attendees in and encourage them to complete the online event evaluation.
-Upload slides, video clips, or pre-recorded presentations.
-Collect contact preferences, score leads, and route them to sales teams.
-Use Microsoft provided branding, templates, and content for digital/in person events.
-Provide support for Q&A, Polls, Widgets during a live digital event to ensure a live presentation is broadcast to the audience, with voice by phone, slides, and/or video.
-Assist in complex event requirements such as
-Paid events.
-Attendee logistics (hotel, transportation, etc.).
-Advanced attendee management tools.
