Job Description:
PRIMARY GOALS: Develop original outstanding communication campaigns that solves clients' needs in the most innovative and creative way. Under moderate direction, execute creative strategy and plan, ensuring the creative vision for the work is realized with a focus on digital applications of ideas. Create written content of digital campaigns according to clients’ strategy and needs. Effectively collaborate with account, art, or production teams to meet client requirements.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day to day client relationships, visiting clients where needed Provide timely and consistent communication to clients and account team on the status of projects Start to write print and banner ads, and crucially learn the craft of writing to express ideas clearly Produce content in both long-form (such as Website copy or blogs) and short-form as necessary (such as digital banners or social media posts/tweets) Provide multiple solutions to each assignment taking into account any/all restrictions included in copy direction Assist with brand development as needed for various clients Research for inspiration from various sources Present new ideas to members of the team Articulate ideas in a written form Compose persuasive and useful content and written copy according to corresponding advertising purpose Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent. In-depth skills to evaluate creative relative to strategy and for executional impact, judge effectiveness and success of achieving desired objectives. Expert in the back-end technology of Web/SNS etc. Fluent in the Social and Digital world and be an active participant. Skills to plan, forecast and schedule work so as to ensure that the end result can be reached efficiently. Expert skills in writing and speaking such as public speaking and presentation.
