MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES PROACTIVELY PART TAKES IN SETTING DIGITAL CONTENT STRATEGIES USING ALL NECESSARY TOOLS Websites Social Media Email Blog Short Messaging (Whatsapp) DEVELOPS UNIQUE BRIEFS AND STRATEGIES AND BUILDS UPON CURRENT STRATEGIES WITHIN THE DIGITAL ARENA TO MEET/EXCEED THE V’S OBEJECTIVES Writes effective communication briefs, ensuring that creative and media are effectively integrated Assist in developing style/content guides Writes effective and custom copies for various digital platform of The V Ensures content for online publication is proofread prior release MANAGES RESEARCH STUDIES THAT YIELD RICH INSIGHTS INTO CONSUMER ONLINE BEHAVIOR Understand all of the digital touch points that the The V’s audience interacts with every day Identify opportunities for The V to use digital technology to enhance its overall marketing mix ANALYZES ONLINE TRAFFIC METRICS AND SUGGEST SOLUTIONS TO BOOST ONLINE PRESENCE Monitors SEO/SEM, promo, and campaign performance metrics to forecast trends Conduct keyword and SEO research to understand audience needs Recommends and improve online content base on results driven from the analytics report PREPARES, PRESENT, AND MONITOR ON A WEEKLY AND MONTHLY BASIS ALL ONLINE ANALYTICS TO GAUGE EFFECTIVENESS OF MATERIALS ON EVERY PLATFORM Effectively communicate complex and technical information in an understandable manner Ensures that analytic results are taken seriously to further improve the various digital channels of The V Explores and recommends other measuring tools that can effectively gauge the success of creative and marketing outputs on all of The V’s digital channels Submits a monthly report to MarComm’s Head of Department with recommendations to better the communication, marketing, reach, and strategy across The V’s digital platforms STAYS CURRENT WITH THE DIGITAL TRENDS AND PRACTICES Makes sure that The V stays on top of emerging trends on the digital space Research services and current strategies to identify new opportunities Closely follow trends related to how consumers are accessing information PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent. Required language(s): English Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee At least 3 years of creatives, media/digital marketing, advertising and social platform strategy development work experience. Results oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills, including ability to indentify and quantify financial impact of opportunities with limited data. Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
