Job Description:
1. Produce all digital and Physical content (images and copy) related to the following mediums:


Online Marketplaces (Lazada and Shopee; 6-7 stores) - 70% of the work

Content for individual product pages Content for store Homepages and category/collection pages Content for major and minor campaigns (banners, highlights) Content for social media posting Ogalala Retail Stores ( store display and visuals) - 15% of the work
Promo announcements Window display design Shelving visual merchandising and store navigation guide Event visual needs Other store display designs Oga-lala.com product pages and major campaigns - 15% of the work
Content for individual product pages Content for banners, carousels and collection pages Content for blog section 2. Take charge of social media posting and community interaction a. E-commerce promotions (across all Brand Social Media pages - Pigeon, Bestway, Ogalala, etc.)


b. Groups community Management ( Ogalala firnds and family Fb groups)


c. Oga-lala.com blog section


3. Work with the Richwell Brand Teams in creating video content in support of the e-commerce sales objective. a. Sample formats include: campaign videos and livestreams


4. Work with an external Media and Advertising Agency for all digital and online ads in support of the e-commerce sales objective a. With an Advertising Plan developed by the Head of the Online and Retail Division


5. Develop and execute a content plan a. Including proper messaging, audience targeting and tracking


b. Under the guidance of the Head of the Online and Retail Division


c. With support from different Brand teams under the Richwell Marketing Department ( for official graphic assets, brand guidelines, etc.)


6. Ensure High Content Rating of the Lazada and Shopee Marketplace Stores
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Creativity and Design thinking skills 2. Advance Graphic Artist Skills and experience ( at least 4-5 years)


a. Knows advanced photo editing software ( Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In - Design)


b. Know basics of video editing software (Adobe after Effects, Adobe Premier Pro)


3. Experience handling social media accounts for non- personal use ( at least 1 year experience)


a. Posting on Community Pages/Groups, Handling Messages and inquiries, setting social media advertising and boosting and social media audience targeting and in sighting.


4. Selling and Customer Service experience (at least 1 year experience)
