- Coordinating with Products, Channels, IT, Operations, CX, HR and other internal clients to develop supporting digital campaigns that are aligned with scheduled launch initiatives.
- Implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns through key platforms such as but not limited to: 1) For Paid Media: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer 2) For Owned & Earned Media: Facebook Business Manager, Corporate website CMS, App and Play Stores
- Tracking and monitoring on the performance of digital channels and providing recommendations to stakeholders for optimization.
- Develop and execute strategies for channel optimization together with the Digital Strategy Manager.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Marketing or Digital Strategy Manager.
