Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media) is responsible for building digital advertising proposals/media plans and providing support to our clients and our production teams including setting up, and administering campaigns, handling new advertisers and new technologies, creating reports, as well as troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary client contact, managing communications, timelines, and key updates throughout paid media campaigns.
Address client needs promptly, collaborate cross-functionally on campaign insights, and participate in strategy sessions.
Anticipate client challenges, provide solutions, and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communication or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience in paid ads
Excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work on a night shift
