Job Description:
Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through testing and optimization. Perform audits of different business units through web analytics implementations and make recommendations to ensure accurate tracking is in place. Set-up of Google Analytics and dashboards for internal team and across business units Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan for your clients. Spot and manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action, and lead-generating forms. A/B test and continually measure the performance of these conversion assets. Collaborate with channel-specific markers (display advertising, search, email, social media, etc.) in order to optimize each conversion path. Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiencies. Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher. Past experience with Google web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Proven track record of functional expertise in the area of marketing analytics, data science, or advanced modeling to drive business growth. Strong consumer centric approach to insights, need state identification and proven ability to translate this knowledge into products that meet consumer's needs today and in the future. Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or jQuery is an advantage Highly proactive and solution-oriented, a team player and self-starter Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Google Analytics Certification must Experience in an Ecommerce environment is an advantage
