Major duties and responsibilities:

Production line support for equipment in the assigned area Assist in the new equipment set-up, resolution of major equipment problems and equipment restoration Assist in the development of projects to improve equipment performance, prolong life of parts nd management of spares Assist in the development of PM schedule, procedure, checklist, buy-off and specifications. Assist in the analysis and resolution of customer issues Mentor production operator and assist in skills-up training and certification Perform other functions to support manufacturing requirement Assist in the management/updating of equipment 201 file

Qualifications

Graduate of 3 years Technology course with at least 2 years experience as Line Maintenance Technician in a semiconductor company.

Skills:

Hands-on experience in hydraulics, servomotors, pumps, sensors, motor controls, electro-pneumatics and PLC Proper use of hand tools, measuring and calibration instruments Can read and interpret electrical and electronics diagram, mechanical drawings Good communication skills
